Out of the box the header.php file (plus a few others) aren’t compatible as you have used asp-style or short php tags which are not always supported.

I tried to download the newer version of emomslegacy from a few different locations to get the update for the search.php but none of them had the updated file version. I searched on emomslegacyhome.com and was redirected so I couldn’t get it there. Finally I gave up, grabbed a search.php from another theme (BidZine I think), put that search.php in there and it worked.

Even though it works though, I’d like to have the right search.php, so if you could provide a link to the updated download page for the theme this would help a lot.
